Foundry Patterns

Added to the experience that we have with foundry patterns, is the fact that we deal directly with the foundry, making our patterns ideal for the specific casting requirements and needs.

We work with wood, plastic, aluminum, and steel for the manufacturing of foundry patterns. The choice is yours depending on your budget and casting requirements.

Molds

Plastic injection, Thermo-forming, glass, vulcanized rubber...you name it. We can make the mold you require.

Materials that we will commonly use for molds are aluminum, iron, and various steels.
For Thermo-forming molds, we have the option of using urethane-aluminum composite which makes the mold more affordable and heat-resistant.

General Machining

We will repair, modify, or re-grind your patterns and molds. Feel free to request a quote for any job related to machining in general.

 

Project management

Due to our strategic location in Monterrey, Mexico, we have made close business relations with a number of foundries and many other local businesses related to our branch of industry. This makes it possible to offer complete project management.
